I've just bought my first ever Henry Archer piece and all I can say is WOW. The pictures on the site alone convinced me that the DLC Akva was a great piece but in real it is actually even better! So many details I hadn't noticed from the online photos which pop out, the quality of the watch, and just how beautiful it is overall. I absolutely love this thing :-) :-) :-)In addition before purchasing I sent a number of questions which Henrik answered immediately, professionally and thoroughly. Once ordered the watch was delivered extremely quickly.I cannot recommend Henry Archer enough for the entire experience from customer service, delivery and most importantly the amazing timepieces. I will definitely be looking to purchase more... :-)

Love the design and the great finesse on their watches

How their watch looks like after general use, 2.5 years. They are proud about environmental initiatives, how green they are, but there is no chance to repair or order spare parts.

I've got two of their watches and I love the simplicity of their design. I love the feature, where you can switch the armbands and get a new look and expression. The durability seems good based on the fact I've been wearing my first edition for over a year

I purchased a watch for my sister on their website and both my sister and me are very happy about the result. It's a minimalist watch with a lot of details of scandinavian design. All the experience buying was smooth but what I liked the most was actually the packaging. My sister loved the present <3

Very bad customer service. Dont buy any straps they dont refund you if you ordered the wrong size even if you buy a new one. It is a dishonest company and people.Finally after some emails,I sent it back myself (at my expenses ) and they have refunded me.

I'm a happy customer of a picto watch since about 3 years now. Quality and durability are great. You get a decent product for your money. A few months ago, one of the wrist band attachments got lost, I reached out to them and customer service send me a few spare ones. Huge fan or the company and overall service quality. Absolutely recommend!

Love the watches!!! I have several combinations and makes me albe to switch depending on the mood I am in. Great feature.Also the minimalistic design and clean refrence to their Scandinavian roots is something that is reflected in the watches.Very easy to order on their website. They have quick delivery time and the package it self is really cool on it’s own.Well done Larsen & Eriksen!!!!
