You'll need:
Crochet hook size 11 (3 mm) and (for the teeht only) a size 12 (2.5 mm)
Approx. 3 oz of blue yarn and a bit of white, turquoise and black for eyes and teeth (yarn = thin cotton 8/4)
Plushie stuffing/fiber fill
Abbrev.
mr = magic ring
ch = chain
st = stitch
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
tog = together (decrease)
Assembling
Begin with the body. After round 12 make the teeth and the lower jaw and attach. Jaw is crocheted on in round 13 while the teeth should be sewed on to the body/upper jaw so that they "surround"/close around the lower jaw.
Continue on with the body for another 9-10 rounds, then do and attach eyes as you like.
I've placed the fins 0.4-0.6 inches behind the eyes, almost alined with the lower jaw.
The back fin is attached on the top of the body: right between the eyes beginning at the same point as the other fins end (see photo below).
The two parts that make the tail are sown together and attached at the end of the body.
Stuff the shark as you go.
Body
Make 4 sc in mr
1) *1 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 6 (meaning that *-* is repeated throughout the round)
2) *1 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 9
3) 9 sc
4) *2 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 12
5) 2 rounds of 12 sc
6) *3 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 15
7) 15 sc
8) *4 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 18
9) 3 rounds of 18 sc
10) *5 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 21
11) *6 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 24
12) 3 rounds of 24 sc
13) Attaching of the lower jaw = 1 round of 24 sc
14) *5 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 28
15) *6 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 32
16) 2 rounds of 32 sc
17) *7 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 36
18) 2 rounds of 36 sc
19) *8 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 40
20) 2 rounds of 40 sc
21) *9 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 44
22) *10 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 48
23) 4 rounds of 48 sc
24) *11 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 52
25) 10 rounds of 52 sc
26) *11 sc, 2 sc tog* = 48
27) 3 rounds of 48 sc
28) *10 sc, 2 sc tog* = 44
29) 3 rounds of 44 sc
30) *9 sc, 2 sc tog* = 40
31) 40 sc
32) *8 sc, 2 sc tog* = 36
33) 36 sc
34) *7 sc, 2 sc tog* = 32
35) 32 sc
36) *6 sc, 2 sc tog* = 28
37) 28 sc
38) * 5 sc, 2 sc tog* = 24
39) 24 sc
40) *4 sc, 2 sc tog* = 20
41) 20 sc
42) *3 sc, 2 sc tog* = 16
43) 2 rounds of 16 sc
Fasten off and weave ends
Lower jaw
Make 4 sc in mr
1) *1 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 6
2) 6 sc
3) *1 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 9
4) 2 rounds of 9 sc
5) *2 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 12
6) 12 sc
7) *3 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 15
8) *4 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 18
9) *5 sc, 2 sc in next st* = 21
Stuff with a bit of fiber fill, fasten off and weave ends.
Teeth (hook 12)
Ch 22 (plus 1 to turn with)
*1 sl st, ch 3,1 sl st in first ch from the hook, 1 sc in next ch st, 1 sl st in next st* Repeat *-* 10 times (makes 11 teeth)

Fasten off, weave ends and attach.
The eyes are made just like on the doll Sally using the non-free pattern from DeliciousCrochet, so unfortunately I can't share it with you. BUT don't panic - there are (if you don't want to buy one of her fabulous patterns for yourself!) other ways: using the magic ring-technique make a one dimensional eye by doing a big circle in white, attach a smaller circle in turquoise, attach an even smaller circle in black and attach to the body using white yarn. You can also find some eye-inspiration here!
Fins (make 2)
Ch 8 (plus 1 to turn with)
Do 8 rows of 8 sc
Fold the squared piece into a triangle as shown in the pictures:

Fins are attached without any stuffing.
Back fin
Ch 12 (plus 1 to turn with)
Do 12 rows of 12 sc
Fold and attach as you did with the other fins
Tail (make 2)
The tail is made after same principle as the fins but with a bit of variation: it's made of two spear-shaped pieces that are folded, stuffed and then sown together.
Ch 1 (plus 1 to turn with)
1) 1 sc
2) 2 sc i same st = 2
3) *2 sc in next st* x 2 = 4
4) 2 sc in first st, 2 sc, 2 sc in last st = 6
5) 2 sc in first st, 4 sc, 2 sc in last st = 8
6) 8 sc
7) 2 sc in first st, 6 sc, 2 sc in last st = 10
8) 2 sc in first st, 8 sc, 2 sc in last st = 12
9) 12 sc
10) 2 sc in first st, 10 sc, 2 sc in last st = 14
11) 2 sc in first st, 12 sc, 2 sc in last st = 16
12) 14 sc, last 2 sc tog = 15
13) 13 sc, last 2 sc tog = 14
14) 12 sc, last 2 sc tog = 13
15) 2 sc tog, 9 sc, last 2 sc tog = 11
16) 2 sc tog, 7 sc, last 2 sc tog = 9
17) 2 sc tog, 5 sc, last 2 sc tog = 7

Stuff the parts, sew them together in the sides. Sew the two parts together and attach the tail to the body
...aaaand DONE!
Enjoy.
