The service team quickly diagnosed the issue with my headset and provided a resolution that solved my issue. They took the time to ask the right questions and solicit the appropriate information needed to get to the root cause of the problem and provided a permanent fix.

Dataloggers track sensei, problem with the oring seals, cause battery failure, 10 runs in the autoclave 1 failure on 12 sensors in use. let's hope it's an isolated case!

I highly recommend Fasetech and Racingcube. I purchased my system in February of 2021 and the product is unbelievable and service is amazing. I had an issue with one of the motors most likely resulting from user error. Steffen, the CEO was in the US and personally came to my home to resolve the issue. I am extremely happy with how the system operates and how much fun it is. In addition to the personal service I received I cannot believe how responsive they have been whether via email, telephone or in person! In my opinion it is the best motion simulator available, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
